บริษัท ภัฏ 55 จำกัด ได้เริ่มกิจการมาจาก หสม.มายด์ จ๊อบ เมื่อปี พ.ศ.2556 โดยเริ่มต้นกิจการในการรับจ้างเป็นที่ปรึกษาทางธุรกิจ และผลิตงาน สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ ของชำร่วยให้กับหน่วยงานต่างๆ เรื่อยมา จากการรับจ้างผลิต ได้เพิ่มมาเป็นงานออกแบบ งานวางแผนการขาย สื่อออนไลน์ และผลิตภาพเคลื่อนไหว (MV,TVC) รวมถึงผลงานเพลงต่างๆให้กับศิลปินทั้งในไทย และต่างประเทศด้วยหลังจากนั้นได้มีโอกาสร่วมงานกับประเทศเกาหลีในการจัดค่ายนักแต่งเพลงขึ้นในปี 2558 ที่ประเทศไทยและดำเนินการเรื่อยมา เมื่อได้ร่วมงานกันเป็นระยะเวลาหนึ่งก็ได้มีการจัดตั้ง บริษัท แจม แฟคทอรี่ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด เมื่อวันที่ 28 มิถุนายน 2561 เพื่อเป็นสาขาย่อยจากทาง บริษัทเกาหลี เพื่อ จัดค่ายนักแต่งเพลง และจัดจำหน่ายลิขสิทธิ์เพลงในประเทศไทย รวมถึงการติดต่อศิลปินจากต่างประเทศมาแสดงในเมืองไทยจนเมื่อวันที่ 27 มกราคม พ.ศ.2563 ได้เปลี่ยนชื่อมาเป็น บริษัท ภัฏ 55 จำกัด และดำเนินงานต่อมาจนถึงปัจจุบัน

PHAT55 Co., Ltd. started business from My Job Ordinary Partnership in 2013 by starting a business as a business consultant and production of media printing, souvenir gifts for various companies and government departments. Continuously come from the production, has been added as a design work Planning for online media sales and motion picture production (MV, TVC) as well as various music works for artists all over the world especially in Asian.After that, the company had the opportunity to work with South Korean company to organize a songwriting camp in 2015 in Thailand and continue to do to present. Since having worked together for a period of time, Jam Factory (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was established on June 28, 2018 as a subsidiary from the Korean company to organize a songwriting camp and distributes music copyrights in Thailand Including contacting foreign artists to perform in Thailand until January 27, 2020, the name was changed to "PHAT 55 Co., Ltd." and continued to operate until now.
